1. How can
this be a free service?
We provide several redirect options
that are considered free. The cost is offset by adverts spawned during the redirection process or by sponsorships.

2. How do I get started?
You should currently have an active
website. Then from the home page or here click the (1) Search For Your Name
link, (2) type in a name for your website and submit, (3) choose which redirect name you like best (4) provide
us with a short form of information (5) choose type of service - pay or free (6) now you are the proud user of
a shorter cooler domain name for your website.

3. How are advertisements handled?
Depending on what ad-type option
you choose an advertisement(s) is shown in a small frame at the top or bottom of the browser along with the requested
website or a PopUnder page that is, for the most part, unnoticable by the visitor.

4. Do you run adult advertisements?
No. We do not run adult advertisements.
Most adverts could be considered 'G' rated and viewed by a general audience.

6. What if I don't want advertisements? ** Currency amounts are in US dollars.
Two options are currently available.
One option is of course to pay for the Gold Membership currently set at 6 months at $7, 12 months at $14, or 24
months at $21. If you choose the 24 month billing you receive a $7 discount. The other option is participate with
our sponsorship program whereby sponsors pay a portion of your membership fee when you agree to participating with
our sponsor's direct response inquiries.

7. How do I pay for the Gold Membership?
For on-line payments we utilize
the Verza Payment Processing. Payments are handled in SSL secure mode and your sensitive information is not stored
on the server.
Verza Payment Processing accepts the following methods of payment:
Credit Cards: Diners Club/Carte Blanche, Mastercard, Novus/Discover, or VISA (worldwide)
Debit Cards: Mastercard or VISA Debit Cards (US banks only)
Electronic Check (US banks only)
Off-line payments can be made by standard mail by sending the above information or we additionaly accept a standard
money order for payment. Non-US subscribers must use an International Money order drawn on US funds or the above
credit card information.
We are also open to a good barter solution. If you think you have something to trade of equal or greater value
email webmaster with the details.

8. Can I have more than one account?
Yes. We have no limit on the number
of accounts one person or company can have subject to our Terms of Service. Accounts that remain inactive for 30
days is subject to deletion.

9. Where do I upload my site to?
We do not provide you with webspace
only URL redirection to a current site you administer.

10. Can I submit my new address to the
search engines?
Yes. In an effort to help further
your site's visibility, as well as ours, we provide one of the best auto submission scripts on the web. Currently
it will submit to 24 of the top tier search engines and we will add more as the script is updated. To access this
member's only feature log in to your control panel and click the button for submitting your URL.

11. Why didn't I receive my confirmation
e-mail?
The only way not to receive e-mail
notification is if you supplied the wrong e-mail address when registering or your e-mail address is no longer current
or active.

12. Why has my account been deactivated
or stopped?
One of three reasons:
a. You deleted your account or
b. Your account had extreme lack of activity. You would have received two e-mail notices prior to deactivation.
c. You have violated the Terms of Service. Feel free to e-mail webmaster requesting an explanation.

13. Can I put a link to CyberLink on my
site?
Please do. We look forward to growing
as one of the number one redirection services.

14. Where is the CyberLink banner or text
link code?
Currently under construction. Feel
free to make a text link to use in the meantime.

15. How do I edit/change my information?
Login to your member's control
panel and choose that option.

16. How do I delete my account?
Login to your member's control
panel and choose that option. Keep in mind once you delete your account it is non-recoverable.

17. Do you hide my ugly web address?
Yes. When registering you can choose
to put your site in Stealth mode or not. With this option on your website address will not show in the address
bar.

18. Why does my website address remain
when linking to other pages?
As a result of requesting your
site be accessed via Stealth URL mode (hiding your real address) a frame is placed around your website and any
activity within your site is conducted in the frame. There are two methods to link to external sources or link
out of the framed invironment:
change all your external links (the ones not going to another page on your site) to:
<a href="http://www.other-web-site.com" target="_top"> or if you want to open another
window
<a href="http://www.other-web-site.com" target="_blank">
It is even easier to add this below your <head> tag
<head>
<base target="_top">
...
this will make all links open with their respective URL's showing in the address bar. Then if you have a few links
you want to remain within the frame use this as a model for the link:

19. Why do I get a script error when going
to my site?
Some free hosts detect when a site
in their stable of websites is being surrounded by frames and will call a Javascript error. Below is Javascript
code to suppress the error that happens most often. Place the code above your Meta Tags code deirectly below the
<head> tag. Some free host providers will not find this acceptable because it is not only suppressing their
JavaScript error alert it is more than likely also disabling the function or process the original call was attempting
to make. The easiest solution is to find a host that is more manageable.

20. What about META tags?
During the registration process
you can supply these or login to your member's account and edit your information by adding them after registration.

21. How do I copy and Paste
In the document that contains the
information you want to move, drag your mouse pointer over the information until your selection is highlighted.
On the Edit menu, click Copy (or use your right mouse button). In the document where you want the information to
appear, click the place where you want to put the information or highlight the text you want to replace. On the
Edit menu, click Paste (or use your right mouse button). The information is removed from the original document
and is placed in its new location.
